SpinTV (the "Site") is operated as a free, ad-supported website. This privacy policy explains what information we collect and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What SpinTV stores

The Site stores your favorites list, recent picks, filter preferences, and theme choice in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser storage will erase it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. We track aggregate metrics like page views, referrers, country, and device type.

We also record anonymous custom events for product improvement: which shows are spun, how often the spin button is clicked, and similar. None of these events include personal identifiers.

Advertising

The Site displays ads served by Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads and measure performance. You can review Google's policies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at google.com/settings/ads.

Third-party data

Show metadata, posters, and ratings are fetched from TVmaze via our server-side proxy. Your browser does not call TVmaze directly.
